Foo Fighters will not play R&L after a three year fap.

Edit: That typo can stay.

Hahhaha I wasn't saying there was a pattern. Just saying "they won't play after a three year fap/gap" is nonsensical because they have done.

But the fact that has happened twice (I think in the festival's history) shows it isn't something they'd want to do. It could easily have been down to a lack of options in 2005. They'll definitely not want Foos back as soon as 2015, if they can get three other good headliners.

Have you not been reading my posts? There's a pattern!

Foos will definitely be back. It'll be the 21st anniversary of Kurt's death, so they'll definitely have him up on stage as a hologram and then do a load of Nirvana covers with different singers and then get a load of their mates like Josh Homme and Jack Black on stage to do other cover versions.

    • Primavera refunding day tickets which are probably a negligible percentage of attendees yesterday.
    • Thursday day tickets being refunded. Fair play.
    • I’ve had a good sleep and I feel weirdly zen about the whole thing.   My first Primavera, so not the greatest first impression. I guess today couldn’t be any worse, right?   Thoroughly enjoyed Men I Trust and Geese. Cupra is a beautiful stage and the crowd seemed fun, friendly and engaged.   I think it probably could have gone even worse, considering how dangerous the crowding felt at times.   Anyway, we go again.
    • Brighton centre is a weird old venue for the Mary Wallopers - a great band, a really good live spectacle, and its a saturday night as well which sets it all up - but its at the bloody Centre? a charmless nonsense of a conference centre? Brighton dome is a ten min walk away and is so much nicer a place to see bands its ridiculous!    ah well, i'll probably mosy along anyways . . .
    • So bad honestly. I get that bad weather happens but their communication was non existent. When you're managing crowds of tens of thousands of people, it's just not good enough. I left when Massive Attack was cancelled (the first time) and it genuinely did feel unsafe trying to get out. No one knew what was going on, people still sitting in the ground when there were hoards of people trying to leave, no crowd management at all...   I've been to PS enough times to know sometimes you need to just roll with it but this was way worse than "the bar queue was 30 minutes long".    Today will be better but still feel super disappointed.
