I have no problem with Ziggler losing to Cena last week but why two weeks in a row? They should have let Ziggler win last week and Cena go over the in the cage to end this feud or just have the one match. Ziggler didn't need to lose twice. i have been saying since the Summer that Cena will win the Rumble.

I thought cages were designed for heels to win while still making the face look credible? I thought the cage was ridiculous although if Ziggy did win that would have been Barret, 3MB and Ziggler all going over on one night so I can sort of see why they did it. Was quite weird that Del Rio got as big of a reaction that he did but I am loving him as champion so far. Big Show is cutting some decent promos these days as well

Why is it that if a Ref gets knocked down in a match it takes them a good few mins to get a replacement out but if 2 wrestlers start brawling with each other then fucking hundreds of them pour out within seconds?

Same reason The Emperor got lobbed down the reactor shaft in Return of the Jedi. Its scripted for entertainment purposes. :P

Too busy listening to Finlay, Jamie Noble & Arn Anderson telling road stories?

Watched TNA last night, hmmm was pretty cack, in the second hour of the show they had 1 match, ONE MATCH and that was Velvet Sky v Gail Kim, and Sky fucked up a million moves, seriously she just doesn't flow in the ring at all, but still.... hot.

It was all about the Bully Ray & Brooke Hogan wedding and well... it didn't go to plan :)

From a leaked time script my friend saw on the net the Rumble is main eventing, scheduled to last 70 mins,Punk Rock is set to go half hour,Heavyweight title 20 mins,10 minutes a piece for the tag and divas matches.

Some things are bigger than Punk/Rock....

That's an obscure reference....

Sonic Boom Six.

Like the return of Zach Gowen at number 30 to MAIN EVENT WRESTLEMANIA BABY.

Should be a few surprises in the rumble this year in all honesty. Easily my favourite match of the year. Hopefully we see the New Age Outlaws at some point in it.

not really that hyped for the rumble in any sense... remember falling asleep at one point last year during it.

hope cena doesn't win it though cause it will just be dull and predictable.

as for the championships... ADR to hold and CM punk to hold - unless Cena wins the RR in which case the Rock

Has anyone gone to Lucha Britannia? It's the mexican wrestling league in the UK and I use to love the mexican style wrestling when I was a kid but can't decide if it's worth seeing or not.

Ive seen it, only at Download though, it SUCKED! Big time, all it was mainly was some woman in sexy gear with metal grinders making sparks most of the time, seriously that took up at least HALF the show, then there was some crappy wrestling. WCW Cruiserweight division in the 90s it is not.

    • Yesterday was another brilliant day of music for me. Some highlights:  My Bloody Valentine - absolutely loved it! Maybe my main festival highlight. I felt submerged in the music with all the layers and distortion. It becomes hypnotic almost as it progresses. Not as loud as some thought it might be, but it didn’t need to be. The visuals added a lot too. During the noise part of You Made me Realise, I was basically in a trance staring at the visual tunnel or whatever it was on screen. Amazing experience. Little Simz - as she mentioned at the start, you’re guaranteed a good time with her. Great performance just like in 2022. Zero complaints. The little DJ section wasn't something I expected but was cool. Kneecap - I had a blast but at this point in the night I was at my most intoxicated let's say, so I don’t remember it as clearly as I'd have liked to!    The xx - The sound for this was perfectly balanced (at least where I was) and the band were great. Lots of talkers, but with the crowd size and being kind of far back, it's to be expected. Intro was one of my favourite moments this year. Big Thief - really good live performers. The lead singer has a lovely voice. This was a nice chill way to kick off the mordor gigs for me.
    • I've been attending Primavera every year since my first one in 2017 & it's always been my favourite week of the year, but I think things have changed.   Firstly, the site just feels too busy in this current set-up. I'm sure it was a lot easier back in 2017-19 to get between the stages & then a good spot for the next one, but now you increasingly have to sacrifice parts of a set or miss them out completely to plan for later on. I wish we still had the Bits area over the bridge to spread everyone out.   But the main issue is the talking, it's always been here but this year it's been relentless & I just can't tolerate it any more. It's at every stage, and everywhere from the front to the back, there is no escape. Not focusing on nationalities, but a major dynamic now seems to be groups of people who are only focusing on their own good time & aren't interested if this affects anyone else. It seems essential that all members of the group are together at the same time, so it's people making telephone calls, people on shoulders waving phone torches, people barging through. It's alright, I'm only trying to watch The Cure here.   I will have a year away to think about it. I thought might give up completely but yesterday was a bit of a classic day after two unenjoyable ones. Adding Olivia Rodrigo to Baxter Dury, Gelli Haha, The XX, Gorillaz & Kneecap shows how good it can be, but as with everything, it's always the people that have the biggest impact.
    • Beartooth? Or are they a bit to shouty shouty
    • May   1. Josiah and The Bonnevilles - As Is 2. Kurt Vile - Philadelphia’s Been Good To Me 3. The Coral - 388
