After being dragged kicking and screaming down to Newcastle to watch them in Nov I have to admit they are pretty good live. I own none of their stuff and find it all a bit cheesy but credit where it's due, they're a lot better live than a lot of supposedly more credible bands. Good front man, good crowd banter and a good show. And they were lobbing cups of beer at the crowd, what's not to like? Apart from Daughtry who supported of course

Depeche Mode possibly ruled out, looking at Bilbao BBK (whose lineup is IMMENSE for only £70), and they say that depeche mode "sólo ofrecerá un concierto en nuestro país este 2013" which translates as "only play a festival in our country this 2013".

Not sure if the literal google translate translation is correct or what.

They're playing festivals in other countries. I'd assume that means Bilbao BBK is their only festival in Spain.

Personally I think they'd headline, and if they weren't offered that they just wouldn't play. Neil's had info they're headlining a UK festival, I just hope to god it's R&L, no matter how unlikely thay is. :PP

I don't think Depeche Mode are as big as people think (although i love them myself). If they were to sub - which i know is unlikely - Artic or KOL, it would be so good.

Can definitely see Macklemore x Ryan Lewis playing, they're getting a bit more airplay over here now thanks to Thrift Shop. First ever independant top 100 in America I think!

What an arse... anywayz if we did have The Prodigy as a headliner who would people like to see headline the dance stage? I reckon Grimes would be amazing but she packed out the dance tent last year so not sure if she would be booked back in that tent.

I'd see her over any headliner (unless it was Radiohead).

She doesn't play long enough sets to headline a tent though, if she plays it'll probably be a mid-high NME slot

Foals album came in the post today.

Its a cracker. I'm not sure how well it will translate live, but I can see at least 'Inhaler' and 'My Number' going down well live with a couple of others having the potential to be big live songs.

Drops off a bit in the second half, but I love 'Out Of The Woods' (you can definitely hear The Cure in there) and 'Moon' is a strong finisher.

Thing it will sell really well- 3rd down nailed on I reckon.
