Well the rumours on twitter are its Big Chill, but they're official twitter posted about winning free tickets only 4 hours ago, which is strange if true.

But why, if they were already meeting their income target? Unless that wasn't meeting their outlays (which presumably don't kick in now) it doesn't add up. Then again, what the f*ck do I know about running a festival.

that's one that came to my mind, on the basis that it had financially failed under the old ownership and doesn't appear to have gone particularly well under FR's ownership.

But if any year is going to turn it around, it's this one without Glastonbury - so I'd be surprised if Melvin decided to give it up without giving it one more try.

Maybe even Hop Farm, since it clashes with Stone Roses this year, and hasn't been massively successful...
