I saw Tribes tonight in Sheffield. It was absolutely brilliant, and completely manic! Can't wait to see them at Leeds.

Although, there were some complete knobs who were starting Oasis chants beforehand, and then started a mass brawl after knocking someone's drink out their hand. *sigh*

Quality! I wonder where they would fit in. I absolutely love them but the latest album didn't do too well and they don't have the popularity they did a few years ago.

I was there too, though the DJ played Cigarettes and Alcohol so I don't blame them! Good gig, only 3/4 full which surprised me.

Did they play London Calling just before they came out? Stirred the atmosphere right up at Pompey. Was really hectic but everyone was pretty nice about it, great night.

Right now I don't think they're any bigger than when they played 4th on the main stage, however their new stuff seems to have gotten a fair bit of airplay so it's not inconceivable that the new album could give their profile a boost.
