swede
I was watching some youtube footage of Blur performing Parklife on Jools Holland (1994) with Phil Daniels and was wondering if anyones thinks theres a chance he might make an appearance at Glasto. You never know, if hes there anyway as a punter they could always rope him into it, fingers crossed.

swede
No, Paul Daniels might though; that would be "magic"
Pinhead
Damon Albarn once sang Waterloo Sunset, then went on to sing Parklife with Ray Daves on Jools Holland once - isn't Ray coming to Glasto this year too . . . .
Petewasbristol
Get Phil on to do 'Me White Noise'
Homer
Yeah Ray D's playing on the Friday, when Blur are playing in Manchester. Phil D 'sang' it when I saw them on the Other back in 95 though he may be a bit old for the festival circuit these days... bombfrog
Parklife is Blur's worst song, along with Girls & Boys. I hope they don't play either.

ukdannyb
I think he'll do it.
mario man
Yep, they will play it, and Daniels will be there. I get the impression from their recent interviews that they're actually looking forward to playing Parklife, Girls & Boys etc
fullfathom5
Yeah, I reckon he'll be at Glasto & Hyde Park. Whether he's at their other gigs tho, who knows.
Mardy
if they sing parklife, he'll do it yeah. I have a (very) vague memory of him doing it with them at Glastonbury

bombfrog
How can you say Parklife is their worst song? Alright, it's not their best but it is an athem. Admittedly they don't have a lot of rotten songs but their worst certainly isn't Parklife.

Messiah Jason
The worst is definitely Country House! In fact, that whole album was abysmal.
spuddy09
Saw him come on at Reading in 2002 or 3.Hope he makes it to Glasto.
somecoolusername
The Great Escape has some great stuff on it if you look past all the silly rhyming couplets and wife swapping. Well it annoys the hell out of me. You have to wonder how a band that produces songs like "This is a Low" and "The Universal" could write something so annoying.
