89 taxi drivers were fined after Sziget after inspecting 400 of them.

6 of then did not even have a taxi license.

A lot of them overcharged visitors - one "mystery shopper" had to pay 60 000 huf (150 eur) for a max. 20 min drive to Sziget (from Nyugati).

Just to give context, the drive should have been around 5500huf. 
Around ten years ago I made a picture of a taxi outside of the festival on which the good man enhanced the price on the side of the car with electrical tape, something like this:

That is not true. Multiple bars had absolute STACKS of them. They disappeared for a bit around Day 3 but I saw stacks again after that except the last day. I literally got it from the first random bar on the first day. Never been this easy haha Also bought a 2018 lineup one,the only one that was missing from the collection. They were supposed to play at Sziget in 2020 when they toured their previous album.

Haha great news 👏 in 2022 one clown tried to charge me 90 euros, I just gave him 20 bucks and left the car.

But actually there was a great metro connection to my place which I discovered a day later.

The Mykonos bar,Revolut vip bar and the one the left side of the main stage had plenty for sure! I think they were well equipped this year haha. Maybe you should try on Vinted or just post it on Reddit. I’m sure someone has more than one. Also,don’t ask me why did I only get one…

Shawn Mendes day sold the best this year. Nelly being on that day deffo helped but the fact is that day sold the best.

I was shocked as you but it’s been clear for years that this forums expectations are different from their typical crowd. 😄  i can feel it while chatting with strangers at the campsite too.

Mendes day was always going to sell the best, even without Furtado. The guy is very popular at Sziget. 

 

Totally agree on the forums expectations, still stuck in the 4 guys with guitars syndrome. Probably more to do with the age range on the forums, compared to insta/tiktok.

Swedish house mafia / Tiësto - As traditional strong electronic music name

 

My N1. wish would be Linkin Park, but i heavly doubt it. Could see Biffy Clyro and Frank Carter & Sex Pistols from rock pool.

Kendrick Lamar could make a comeback to european festivals and i believe Sziget would book him. Olivia Rodrigo may tour next year as well, would be huge.

Sabrina/Olivia: at least one of the is very likely i would say, szigetleak admitted that they tried to book for the last edition too

 

im presonally really hoping for Linkin Park (Sziget really needs a strong rock headliner).Yungblud as sub would be a great choice of booking for this new trend, especially for gen z. 
 

Tiesto never performed in sziget, same as sweedish house maffia as far as i know.
