Woodsies 2025

There we go, not only does St Vincent not headline Woodsies but it was very obvious after his biggest tour dates last year that Tom Odell would not be playing as low down as people thought.

Clearly the person that briefly spoke to St Vincent with the eyes on Neil Young had a point.

The Libertines were also never headlining this.

Great options on there though.

So what we thinking?

Friday: Four Tet, Floating Points, Pinkpantheress, Blossoms, Lola Young, Shed Seven, Fat Dog, Myles Smith, Sorry

Saturday: Scissor Sisters, Tom Odell, Weezer, TBA, TV on the Radio, Nova Twins, JADE, Fcukers, The Amazons

Sunday: Jorja Smith, AJ Tracey, St. Vincent, Black Country New Road, Djo, Sprints, Gurriers, ETC Winner

Looks like we have 24 bands on that poster, and there's usually 26 at Woodsies. So means there's space for one TBA and the emerging talent contest winner.

Following a successful 2024 debut, the Tree Stage returns, exposed to the elements audiences gather around a towering oak tree totem, enveloped by the festival’s unique quadrophonic sound system for an intimate, reconnective experience that blurs the boundary between nature, sound, and self.

Dappled in sunlight during the day, the Woods become an enchanted fantasy land at night with an aerial walkway through the tree canopy. The Wood’s Bar offers two house bands playing rare grooves, world and jazz.

If that's right then Nova Twins, TV on the Radio, Weezer, Tom Odell is a cracking day.

    • Very different in terms of time of game,  yet remember how excited I was before the first game in Euro 2016 having grown up not sure I would ever see wales in an international tournament. That day scraped a win against Slovakia and was just happy to see wales score and win at a tournament, little did I know we would finish in the top 4. Hope Scottish fans get the same experience.
