EOTR 2025 line-up discussion

Starting to think caroline will be a secret set. Good history with EOTR, left off the line up as they're at green man. And they have a lot of members already on site, all on Saturday (Shovel Dance Collective, and Magdalena McLean plays with Astrid Sonne). Could see a late night folly set from them. If not I'm sure they'd be back in 2026 now that caroline 2 is out.

I see they've tagged Pieminister in. Hope that means they'll be back. They've been missing for a few years now, haven't they?

They're on the list of food vendors on the EOTR website

I know it's far too early to start speculating about 2026 when 2025 is still a week away, but I wonder if they're considering bringing CMAT back to headline even though she just played Woods last year? The new album is blowing up, she had what seems to have been the biggest audience of the weekend at Green Man, has just announced an Ally Pally date and made a point of saying how much she loves the festival (and her guitarist's solo project Cubzoa is playing this year)

FWIW Simon's on 101 Part Time Jobs podcast this week and drops in that there's already a headliner booked, though for all we know that could be Fever Ray.

ATM it feels like she'll end up too big, but she's at an interesting juncture - she's toured this album an *awful* lot before it's come out. Will there be appetite still for the victory lap?

Losing Sofia as well as Ela Minus would be tough.

Yeah, I keep missing her and I love her, would understand but would be so gutted if she's not there.

Also, cutting it a bit fine for the stage times right?

    • World Cup 2026: What is happening with ticket prices? - BBC Sport   Sounds like Infantino has been learning from his buddy if he's running around claiming its all sold out while quietly dumping tickets below face on assorted secondary websites.
    • Mac DeMarco also cancelled
    • I'm British so it very much would apply for me.   I mean, it's a moot point as I don't have tickets so will not be in town for this, but I've heard reports of lengthy queues and given I remember Lisbon Airport having a long queue at arrivals even pre-EES when I went in 2023, I seem to guess it might be quite the wait, depending on flight paths.   Certainly, the worst I've had pre-EES was a 45 minute wait for a stamp at Valencia Airport in Spain, where 4 flights to non-EU destinations in quick succession were placed one after the other. So I can't say I'm enthusiastic about what's in store. Or you know. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.
    • Out of interest keep seeing messages saying last 12 hours etc… to buy you full weekend tickets.  Whats that about? Do they take them off sale early?
