Want to see some proper public humiliation. Maybe a public flogging too. That'll teach him.

Its horrible and brutal but he's daring them to do it

He's going to have to set out a timetable for his resignation which means a void in power/lame duck leader and then lots of infighting leading to a new leader who is certainly not going to be popular with the public and is arriving during an economic shitstorm.

Ultimately they just shouldn't have won the last election, it was always going to be difficult, and they just weren't ready.

I miss the 90s....two PMs. How many have we had the since brexit? losing count. Constant chaos.

actually the 80s was better, we just had one...and she was awesome.

Burnham's face doesn't fit.

Nor does Raynor's.

Nor does Streeting's.

The media and the elites won't like any of them.

Labour needed another Tony Blair to turn things around and they simply don't have one.

Maybe they could bring him back?

Apparently Mahmood telling Starmer iits time to go. Labour could be about to tear itself apart. Not good.

It's kind of amazing to me that someone who was a backbencher until quite recently and only made a name for herself in less than 2 years sees herself as able to tell the PM what to do.

Think she had some frontbench roles before Corbyn.

Maybe she has been promised a job by someone, it’s certainly raised her profile.

It's not just her, Cooper too. Looks like cabinet is split. Kind of ridiculous to think he can carry on now.

Labour are going to be fighting themselves over their future direction with the whole EU rejoin thing...MPs in seats where Reform could win arguing with MPs in seats where Greens could win. Brexit the gift that keeps on giving.

I guess the question seems more does he go now, or wait until the king of the north. Many of those coming out publicly seem probable Streeting supporters.
