Quite. Even without the age difference, if AM pulled out a song like I’m Still Standing then nobody would care how Turner’s voice sounded singing it either.

If they came out with a hit packed set list, and were like “soz my voice is still ropey, but let’s give it a go” and actually gave a bit more energy, it would be 100% better, even if he couldn’t hit the notes.

it just feels so flat, and maybe it’s illness, but none of them are giving the impression they’re buzzing to be there.

I popped on to see what people thought of the Arctics and I’m glad I’m not the only one feeling a little disappointed. His accent’s all over the place. Feels like they’re going through the motions a bit. Where’s the charm? Where’s the atmosphere? Where’s the charisma? 
 

Glad I decided not to see them tour this year if it’s anything like this. It’s not terrible… But it’s not very good either.

The tour was a LOT better than this - illness aside.

There was more energy, the set list was better. This feels like the warm up show for a headline gig.
