What is the point of having a tracking system if it doesn't activate until there is an attempt to post the envelope?!

(please note the tracking number may not be recognised until the tickets have been attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail)

It will, they just say that as a catch all, it will start to work tomorrow probably and then you’ll get tickets the next day would be my guess

Only if she posts a photo of the design.

(Yes, I realise someone on Twitter or wherever may have already done so, but I've not seen it yet)

Have now seen a picture of one on our ticket group whatsapp 🙂

Do you know how long from email to tickets arriving was? Mate in Ireland’s hasn’t turned up after a week.

That freaked me right out.

Didn't realise it was last year's, saw the dates and thought that I'd booked the wrong days off work. 🤯

It can take a week or two from the email.

The Royal Mail tracking number only became active on Tuesday for me (even though the email was sent nearly a week before)

Despatch email landed Tuesday morning.  Tried to deliver yesterday but I was out.  Collected this morning.

When did you pay your deposit? The first day of the window?

I paid on day 2, and am still waiting for a  despatch email. Constantly refreshing Outlook!

Not sure that's relevant really, but I think I did pay the balance on the first day of the window.  I usually do, but tickets have never come this early before and on 2 occasions it's been less than a week from the start of the festival!

Feels like they're going out a week or so earlier than normal.

I paid at the stroke of 9am on day 1 and nothing yet so don't think they post them in paid for order.
