Ooo I don’t think she’s realised that! Looking at the map I can see now. I don’t think she has been told about any changes yet but I’ll ask her Shame as I found Acoustic staff bar one of the best places to relax last year, probably one of a chillest places in the festival -
Thanks. I'll look into Lebara. Never heard of it tbh.

they don't say how they'll create enough baseload power when they shut down the nukes.

I'm not bashing the Greens in particular just saying they behave the same as the other parties. They have a lot of policies but if they got into Govt there would be trade offs and consequences that aren't spelt out. eg tackling a rural housing crisis but planning would be devolved to local level. Or protecting habitats and wildlife but increasing onshore wind. You can provide more buses but how far would you go in discouraging private cars? The contradictions are in the target seats. These are 2 of their 4 target seats with constituency profiles from Wikipedia Bristol Central - Based on data from the 2021 census, Electoral Calculus characterises the proposed seat as "Strong Left", with left-wing economic and socially liberal views, high levels of university education and an internationalist outlook including strong opposition to Brexit.[8] Bristol Central was reported to be the most pro-immigration constituency in the United Kingdom Waveney Valley - Electoral Calculus characterises the proposed seat as "Strong Right", with right-wing economic and social views, high home ownership levels and strong support for Brexit.[3] The seat is a target seat for the Green Party[4] who won half of the council wards in the seat in the 2023 local elections. The Greens will campaign differently in these areas highlighting different policies and not mentioning other policies at all. They won't lie but they won't tell the whole truth. I suspect the Waveney Valley would be the most disappointed and turn against a Green Govt very quickly.
