Yes, hence as with the UK and EU balance of payments the Scottish and English one would improve in their favour.

As with PR, there doesn't seem a cat in hell's chance that there would be another referendum during my lifetime, so I think you should just stop being so angry with the poor scots and let it go.

In 2017 Damian Green's laptop got seized in the last related scandal.

If they dont think there'll be another. Why do they keep voting for a single issue party which fails on all adgendas.

Anecdotal but where I live it is usually mostly labour signs and a few lib Dems signs but at moment it's all labour, and where I work its usually mostly Tory signs with a few lib dem  and at moment it's all lib dem, not seen one Tory sign

He was acceptable in the 90s.

More than acceptable. I seem to remember after he made that speech when Princess Di died I think his approval rating hit a level never seen before or since in a properly functioning democracy.

Anyway, Blair obviously turned out to be a bit of a let down...and Iraq was a disaster...but what I meant was Starmer doesn't have the appeal that Blair had in mid 90s when also felt like end of days for the tories.
