It's not even a skit it's a full track but Adults Only by Slick Rick is fucking vile, I vaguely remembered thinking it was funny when I was a teenager but it's really grim.

Some of the skits are funny on the first couple of Eminem albums. Some.

If you listen to and album a lot it's the repetition that becomes wearying.  It's not a skit but TPAB is marred by Kung Fu Kenny remembering that Tupac was conflicted all the way through it.

Undeniably true. Not all music has to be "fun"  though, does it? For my money, the new Arab Strap record is the best thing they've ever done & is an AOTY (so far) contender.
