I’m sure it’s been said but anyone sad for not getting tickets, these are small pre-album dates. They will play 2/3 news songs but will largely be similar to previous tours.

Once album 3 is named there will be a massive tour announced for spring/ summer to promote it with different stage setup and setlist including much of the new album.

Having watched Sam play the same, almost exact set and order a few times for last album, I’m much more excited to see the proper new album tour.

There will be many more chances to see Sam next year. 😀

Yeah I'm with you. Didn't even try for tickets. Until new album is out, nothing is topping the SJP gigs and 80 quid for a worse show...nah.

Fastest finger first on priority at 10am only to then be taken to a page where I have to identify bicycles (what is this, the Last Bicycle Party?) before then being thrown into a waiting room. 10 minutes later I've got 2 standing, but still, could've sorted all the little games before the tickets went live.

Managed to get through on both the Co-Op presale and O2 presale for Manchester. About 600 in the queue ahead of me for Co-Op and maybe 6k for O2. Got what I needed by 10:02 thanks to the Co-Op presale but waited about in the O2 presale and when I eventually got through there was still standing and seats available.

I detest those identify bikes, fire hydrants, cars,  things and also ‘the can you read the letters’ in a squiggly word. I never manage to get it right😉😊

glad you got the tickets!

Having to do the games after it goes live is exactly what let you get tickets instead of a bot...

That's at best debatable.

While it's still something of an arms race, Bots can usually defeat those and do so faster than average joe who's still half asleep and not expecting to have to engage their brain.

Other presales allow you into the bicycle identifying waiting room as much as 30 minutes before sale. Secondly, I can't believe bots can't identify a crosswalk at this point.

True I suppose, but see below.

Still helped you against other humans then?

Nah, the presale link sent out by the arena put you in the waiting room ahead of time, leaving the priority people to decide if something with 3 wheels would be considered a bicycle by an anti-robot website. It didn't really matter today, but I know which one to use next time.

I used o2 priority (axs for the O2) and didn't have this so not sure what happened to you!

I would assume if everyone who had the arena link didn't have to do a captcha (ie were all in front of you) then you wouldn't have got a ticket - or at least not got through that quick.

O2 would have their own pool of presale tickets to the venue

Priority has a waiting room prior to the sale time for the millennium dome but not for the other arenas.

Always enjoy the extra £50 on top for booking etc fees......

Yes, it’s heartwarming to think that every gig ticket bought means I donate pounds to such agents that are such deserving causes and in need of our support😉. And they get even more now that every ticket is an e ticket and they don’t need to print or post them out.

    • 👍 plus they brought their own screens 📺 either side of the stage.
    • Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha
    • No argument that he’s bigger than ever, I just have no enthusiasm for it.
    • Keep in mind those crowds were full of teenagers. Glasto aint full of teenagers. Theres no way she could demand headline and get it because they got other acts to give the slot to who deserve it with a bigger catalog. Reading/Leeds would headline her cause its still LN.  If the fest was struggling its Other headline. But a 3rd down Pyramid is likely the landing spot. Itll go down like the Camila Cabello performance pretty much.
