It's something of a surprise but apparently we're doing Boomtown Springs. This should be interesting... makes up for all the free entries I guess.

Now I'm wondering if I should buy a sequined tailcoat to try and fit in ?

Really looking forward to this new area. Hoping to see Turbowolf, Soulfly and maybe the Kennedys and Hacktivist but am fully aware that I will probably get distracted.

For financial reasons, I have to pull out of Boomtown (I think that Ben may forgo adhering to the Hippocratic Oath, and actually kill me!). I've just won tickets to Bestival, we've got little money, so can't do Bestival and Boomtown. I had hoped to do both, but it's just not realistic.

So, if you know of anybody wanting the package below, then please get in touch. I'm trying to sell them at cost initially, but that may have to drop a little - don't know.

2 x	Tier 3 - Adult Residency Pass (18+)	£216.00
2 x	Booking Fee	£7.50
1 x	Campervan / Caravan / Trailer Tent (Main Field)	£100.00
1 x	Booking Fee	£7.00
2 x	Refundable Eco Bond	£10.00

I guess that, if pushed, I'd sell the two entrance and eco bond tickets separately, and then try to sell the campervan ticket to someone else.

I've been in touch with BoomTown, and they have confirmed that I can change the names on the tickets, so all's good on that front.

Yet again, I'm going to miss another efestivals meet up. It's sickening, and makes me feel like a cad. Oh well, themes the breaks!

I'm going to advertise elsewhere too. 

Apart from this site, I have no knowledge of other social media avenues in which to advertise this. So, if you are up for it, please feel free to spread this about a bit - you'd be doing me a great favour.

Jamie Lenman - definitely going to try and catch him. His album was really good.

Hi Guys, Had a question for some Boom veterans, I Purchased my friend the standard festival ticket with Wednesday entry. I would also like to purchase the Wednesday entry ticket to go with him. Now it seems I could just buy the £10 one and we can arrive by any means? Would this assumption be correct?

On a similar note...

How will sneaking things into the festival be on Wednesday?; It seems they are splitting up entry to spend more time on searches or is it rather a way to break down the queues?

Weds entries are only valid arriving by certain means I believe eg. car share (3+), coach etc

And I suspect as hard as ever. Nobody will know.
