They definitely won't be back at Glastonbury next year, but would not say no to another trip over to these isles if they fancy it

Wonder what it’d be. Citadel seems the obvious shout but they did Victoria Park across town last summer. Bluedot?

Not sure if Blue Dot might be a bit small? Maybe EOTR or Green Man potentially, struggling to think of others. 

A wildcard could potentially be a slot at IOW...

Strange one that. From the wording of their posts on Insta it seemed like the SWB tour was done.

Honestly thought we wouldn’t see them again until 2020.

Not a bad shout, if they've got a new album it could be a goer because they headlined the year before they released Sleep Well Beast so thats technically 2 albums worth of material to show off even though I think they did play a couple off SWB

Seem a bit out of GM and EotR's usual orbit, but they did get War On Drugs and Vampire Weekend respectively this year and they're near enough National stature. Couldn't see it be Latitude though, they were playing Sleep Well Beast songs in the 2016 show so they'd essentially be back touring the same album.

Yeah doubt they'll have a new album out by next summer so maybe Latitude isn't the best shout actually.

Is Bluedot that small? It has headliners bigger than Green Man and EOTR usually get.

Pretty sure The National will have a new album out by mid next year, as soon as swb came out they said they had another album ready and been playing new songs

I thought that RE: new album but SWB was only out just over a year ago, seems an abnormally quick turnaround from their usual release schedules?!
