Any good? I can take or leave most of her solo stuff but the collaborations/samples on this have upped my interest.

Very good. Sticking with the less pop oriented approach her last album took and a pretty wide variety of styles. The Jack White song is a proper rocker, the Kendrick song is fantastic and the James Blake song is essentially just a short James Blake song with Beyoncé singing a bit of backup vocals.

Lemonade is this year's first real AotY contender, IMO.

Jay Z fucked up bad. I'm more shocked at Beckywiththegoodhair though, who the hell sleeps with 'Yoncé's man?

yep i'm loving it more and more with each listen. didn't think she was gonna top her last album but this pisses all over it for me. the incredibly personal airing of dirty laundry just adds to the whole thing. the fuck did Jay Z do and who with and how is it now all okay!?

also the James Blake song is so weird. i just don't understand why it's on the album... i mean... it's just a James Blake song that Beyonce sings the tiniest bit of backing vocals on. wouldn't surprise me if it also turns up on his album or she at least returns the favour and appears on his album herself. a huge bit of promotion for him though

Lemonade's good but it won't be in my top 5 of the year so far...1st few tracks are really good, kinda lose its luster by the end.

Beckwiththegoodhair is Rachel Roy. It's all but confirmed.

It's nice having 2 new albums worth of material every chance I get to see them. Don't know how they find the time to always be on tour and write 2 albums a year.

I think they are just very productive in session and also record in studios while on the road. Can't remember which one of their albums they were talking about on their KEXP thing but I think they just said they wrote and recorded one of them in two days - might have been Quarters. If they bring out a couple more albums this year of the quality of Nonagon Infinity then I think I might quit my job and all material possessions and become the Gizzard equivalent of a Deadhead. They've got such a good thing going.

Also, as we're here and talking about excellent music coming out of Australia, did anyone check out the album Feelin Kinda Free by Melbourne post-punk band The Drones? Incredible stuff. Here's a video for video fans - album fans, you know what to do.

They were absolutely brilliant last year in the Park, probably my highlight (need to check what I posted last June to see what I said back then!)

The first 15 minutes of that gig (I think it ending with Cellophane?) really blew me away,   more than anything I heard all weekend. It gave me a smile which stayed with me all weekend, really blew the hangover away

Such intense energy

      Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha

      Keep in mind those crowds were full of teenagers. Glasto aint full of teenagers. Theres no way she could demand headline and get it because they got other acts to give the slot to who deserve it with a bigger catalog. Reading/Leeds would headline her cause its still LN.  If the fest was struggling its Other headline. But a 3rd down Pyramid is likely the landing spot. Itll go down like the Camila Cabello performance pretty much.
