goddamn do i hope that Loaded article was right and Disclosure are headlining the Other on the Friday. i don't know where that leaves LCD, and the thought of them being anything other than a Other headliner is bizarre, but this clash is just horrible

she's confirmed herself for the Sunday Pyramid so it's looking pretty likely to be her. if LCD aren't the Friday Other headliner then i can only really see them then being the Sunday Other headliner. any other position for them seems odd

i guess she could take third, but LCD between her and Coldplay would be weird as shit, and also that leaves Beck's position up in the air. but yep, preparing for the worst!

Nah BMTH are practically as nailed on as New Order now. Everything has them headlining Other.

If Loaded are right about Disclosure then I guess the only thing that'd make sense is switching those two around in the predictions so LCD sub Pyramid on Saturday. Either that or they'll have to sub Other or something.

LCD below Adele is so incredibly bizarre, but christ if that's what it takes to avoid this clash i'll take it in a heartbeat. got nightmares of scanning the lineup poster and seeing Disclosure taking the Other headline spot filling me with glee, only to see LCD are actually headlining West Holts or something

LCD under Adele would be a bit 'ehhh'. I want to see LCD with a crowd full of people well up for it. Can't see that being the case if they're before Adele. 

Sigur Ros on Friday is a shame. Really doubt I'll see them if that's the case. Second year in a row they seem to have put my must see acts on Friday at the same time.

Get used to it my friend. Its been happening to me for years. U2 and primal scream in 2011 and Arctic Monkeys Portishead and Chic in 2013 were the worst. Last year id have been interested in both foos and hot chip but thankfully (sort of) Dave forced my hand.

To be honest, your examples are fairly straightforward for me  Primal Scream and Portishead all day long!

You got 1 out of 2 right. I went to U2 and have regretted it ever since. Thankfully i saw the screamadelica set that year at Bestival so alls well that ends well i guess!

i really thought they'd be too big for it, but then i also thought Sigur Ros were too big for anything other than Other headliner so i guess anything is possible, but considering its looking likely that James Blake is headlining it on Saturday and EW&F Sunday, it'd just lead to the exact same clash

coming into the Sigur Ros love in late, I actually really like Kveikur the most at the moment as I really like the meatiness of Brennisteinn and kveikur

Overall really liking Sigur Ros, shame I'll miss them at Glastonbury due to clashes

I don't think LCD are too big for it, but I do think they would turn down such a small slot. Had they not headlined Coachella they could definitely have played there I reckon.

BTW, Sigur Ros will sub Muse at Sziget (13th of august). The sub-headliner slot (7:30-9:00) is~ :  30min in the light, 30min of sunset and 30min of dark.

well at least we know they're not adamant on being in the dark, although them subbing somebody would just leave to a Foals clash which would be another pisser, although less so for me

Just having a look at the Ben Howard/Deadmau5 set times for last year, could we see something like

LCD - 22:30 to 23:45

Sigur Ros - 20:40 to 21:55

On the Other? That would be excellent.
