So who is going to replace Foo Fighters?

Elton would be classic, but somehow doesn't feel in the frame to me.  I've said for a few years that he could lead a feel good singalong set on the Pyramid stage that would go down a bomb with the crowd.

yeah im  not sure how flo could do a headline slot THAT long, they will surely need another act even if she gets bumped and wouldn't they announce it straight away as well? not sure wat I will do if theres a blur/SFA clash! careful what you wish for...

Yeah, Blur does nothing for me as I'd see SFA.

We were all awful at guessing the Sunday headliner slot, so im guessing we aren't even close with guessing this one.

It will be someone no one has considered.

i disagree, it must be someone who is active and available due to the time scale so i think its got to be between Blur or bumping Flo.

Probably already been stated. But i can't really see it being anyone other than Blur if Florence doesn't get bumped up.

The Strokes are also doing BST this week so might stick around? What's the general consensus on them, never played Glastonbury before.

I'd be happy with them, what do others think?

EDIt: just been told by a friend that Nick grimshaw (can't stand that bloke) has been spouting that the headliner is already in place and will be confirmed today as long as no last minute hiccups occur)

    • Completed my 2026 survey. Put down Super Furry Animals as my most wanted for next year but suspect the moment has gone for that. Popped a big shopping list in the box for who else you would like to see. 🙂

    • This Isaac wood news has dropped right out of left field. Great to hear he feels up to doing live stuff again    what will he play? Solo stuff , old BCNR stuff?    It’s only in November , it’s a bold booking to for someone who has previously had some struggles to come back and play a load of new stuff to crowds that big
    • Wow, Blink-182 back so soon. They’re the band they’ve never booked then. Great booking if they’ve got them.    Deftones, Papa Roach, Knocked Loose   Lamb of God   Blink-182, Avril Lavigne, Good Charlotte   Megadeth   Slipknot, Gojira, Motionless In White   All Time Low
