Same boat as you Hugh Jass. Tentatively waiting for a response. They're either going to screw over more people or just fork out and give us tickets. I doubt they'd be doing this is there wasn't a healthy amount of unsolds. We should hopefully be fine!

I keep telling myself it'll be fine, but the doubt remains.

I'm usually a rational fellow, but things like this send me insane.

Surely they will honour all of the people who have struggled, they still have GA tickets available at full price so they can just move the allocations around.

You would definitely assume so. Although BST do seem to have a great knack for pissing of their customers royally when it comes to their Hyde Park concerts.

I find it strange that 3 years after promising never to go back to Hyde Park for a concert after a truly abysmal night at Blur, I'm going back to Hyde Park for a Blur concert. I really must position myself as close to a speaker as possible

I've not been there since seeing The Chemical Brothers in 2011 (a show ruined by the fact the draconian sound and curfew restrictions meant the gig took place almost exclusively in the daylight) all I know is that I will be leaving my gig earplugs at home.

Yeah same. I don't want to spend much money so will rock up pretty late in the day and hang near one of the back speakers. Nothing on the undercard does it for me, with the possible exception of Roots Manuva, but presumably he's in one of those tented venues.

Maybe I stood in the wrong area? TBH the whole day felt awful. Took ages to get served at the bar, pretty much missed the whole of The Specials.

Yeah, I had this experience! It felt really overcrowed in there. We queued for 40 minutes for a pint. And then there were massive queues left for all the food stalls so we were forced to get chips from a hog roast - I'm a vegetarian - and they weren't even cooked.

However, we got a decent spot for Blur and they were great. No Glasto 2009 but hey ho.

I did an 11 hour coach to Amsterdam once, and and 10 hour one back from Paris.

Neither we too bad, had the whole back row to myself :P

I went to amsterdam on a 12 hour coach.

Never ever again. was fucking horrendous

I did a coach once from Chicago to Boston. It took a day. Awful journey.

I went to Italy on a coach for a school skiing trip eight years ago. Took 26 hours each way. Winner.
