The force, F, between two magnets varies inversely as the square of the distance, d, between them. F = 150 when d = 2. Calculate F when d = 4.

Really?

Beer does that??

I know it's wrong, but I had to look and my eyes are bleeding!

Horrible disgusting images being posted on the "other" thread. Just awful.

Save yourselves, don't look.

There was a Welsh theme on 6Music this morning, they played Under Dub Wood, the Dylan Thomas poem read by Richard Burton to a dub backing. Very nice.

Off swimming tonight, on a vague health kick. Inside though, it's not that warm yet. Also, a large pool/snooker place has shut in Leeds recently, so dogs have nowhere to play now, fy24.

Isn't it strange that people will admit to being rubbish at maths - some even boasting "can't do maths" and yet they would hide the fact that they can't read. Be mortified if they got found out.

Anyway only mentioned the fibonacci number cos it's rather beautiful - a sequence of numbers made by adding the last 2 together 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, ...... and it's found in nature - fir cones, flowers, leaves, sea shells, rabbits......how great is that! nature following a rule so beautiful.

And since when did I become scary?............I shall retire and leave you folks if that be the case :-(
