aphex2020
Just been chatting with J. Willgoose, Esq from Public Service Broadcasting at their instore at Sound it out records in Stockton today & he confirmed they would be playing West Holts at 4pm on Sunday. He mentioned that they were up against Dolly on the Pyramid so I'm guessing that is her start time too.
jeffie
Rubbish..... Dolly v PSB..... Decision one to make.
Funkyfairy!
Oh no that's a rubbish decision to make. I really wanted to see public service broadcasting again. For some reason I really thought they would be in the JP tent
A Guy Called Matt
Bugger - I want to see both of them.

stuartbert two hats
Bah. First clash. I was feeling very smug about the Pixies fans who seem to have that band clashing with everything. Better stop listening to PSB then :-(
hoils
They need to get a new booking agent.

Dave F.
Damn and indeed, blast. Let's hope there's a bit of an overlap.

coma girl
Bit of a clash for me but PSB are a band I'd want to see in the dark and I'll get plenty more chances to see them so Dolly it is
dingbat2
PSB on West Holts - seems a very strange stage to put them on. Is it me or has West Holts become more 'mainstream' this year. There seems to be so many more appropriate stages they could play on - leave West Holts to what it's good at! Don't make it just like any other stage please
suzie sue
I would have thought they would be best in a tent with projections of old b&w films
SOAD
Would have loved to have seen Dolly but PSB will be amazing and a good excuse to go West Holts as I didn't go there enough last year.

Yesiamaduck
You can watch both. I doubt I'll be at the entire Dolly set. Then again PSB DO play Brighton every other week (exaggeration) I frickin adore those all night shows they do here, superb, truly a band worth watching live but kind of bummed its in the middle of the day (used to seeing them at like 3am) Edited April 19, 2014 by Yesiamaduck
GlastoSimon
PSB were decent when I saw them in Bristol. However, not something I'd see again because I imagine the novelty would wear off. Definitely would recommend seeing them once though
JamesMurphysLover
I'd definitely see them again. I can understand your point about the novelty wearing off, but I think if you like their music enough, the novelty is definitely second-fiddle (if you'll pardon the pun) to the stuff they produce and their technical skill. carlosj
PSB and West Holts food, result. I can see how they could be more atmospheric at night, but having missed them last year (what was the clash?) I'm glad of the second chance, as other stuff was happening when they last toured, hence another miss.
aphex2020
Perhaps they will play more than once over the weekend. A late night gig at the rabbit hole would be good!
Brave Sir Robin
Well this is rubbish. I want to see Dolly, and their show needs darkness/screens.
A Guy Called Matt
The wife and I came to a conclusion on clashes last night. An act like Dolly who it is unlikely we will be able to see easily again will take priority over acts like PSB who are much easier (and cheaper) to see in the UK at other times. IT would be hard but is Prince were playing against Dexys (I am a massive Dexys fan) I would go and see Prince as that could well be a one off.
