Paradise 9 "Eclectic psychedelic spacecore ambient punk spacerock... Hawkwind meets Joe Strummer" are playing Toad Hall Friday at 11pm, and Mandala Saturday at 9pm, after band member Jaki Windmill's solo set at 8pm

Ah I see. I Ctrl+F'd the listings for 'ska orchestra' and could only find Lee Thompson's... because there's a typo. So I'm blameless. :ninja:

Just on the confirmations, I was sure that Goldfrapp had on her website that she would be playing on Saturday? it seems West Holts but this is not down on the Rumours page?

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
