And greatest, I suppose. Seems more like his discography on shuffle than a discernible group of songs so far.

Zoo Music Girl
So not a DVD then? The packaging looks pretty but not sure I'll indulge if it's just best of album.

mungo57
I'm actually quite tempted by the triple LP. Will decide on a week or so - too much else to buy at the minute and it's my dear ladies birthday and Cheltenham festival next week to worry about too! russycarps
Seems like strange timing for a best of album. I wouldn't particularly agree with a lot of the song selections either. I won't be getting involved with this.

russycarps
The fact they consider love letter off NMSWP superior to oh my Lord is really depressing
Mardy
There's no 'I'm on fire'. I'm out. looks like it was chosen by Cave, the book in the priciest one was designed by him, i think it said in the Quietus.

russycarps
I presume this has been put out because blixa bargeld and mick Harvey are getting a bit short of cash. Cave has never been one to look backwards, I bet it took him 10 mins to throw this together

Just googled and had no idea he had so many solo albums!

Saw an album other day but didn't know whether to risk it. A song of his off the new album came on my Apple Music recs thing and it was pretty damn good. He was only backing vox and a woman was singing lead, sounded a bit like a PJ Harvey song which isn't entirely unexpected. I remember his translated Serge Gainsbourg stuff being quite good too but, y'know, you'd just rather listen to Serge wouldn't ya? No kindness of strangers or Henry Lee. Love letter and god is in the house over hallelujah and Oh my lord. Piss off cave ...not because my opinion matters, but I'd have gone with love letter and God is in the house. My two to be shot at: Get The Carny out. The only Cave song I skip. Ever. Also...four songs off Dig! and he leaves out Midnight Man? Ridiculous. Surprised at We No Who U R when he seems to like Mermaids so much...
