HELP! Never been to glastonbury before and some of the artists are on several stages. I'm going with my 50 year old dad, am I right in thinking the least chaotic and relaxed would be to watch artists on the park stage if you have a choice, Laura Mvula is on the pyramid, la pussy parlure and park stage. What would you choose? What's the la pussy parlure stage about?

Seems like the clash finder hasn't been fully updated. Ie bezs acid house for Saturday isn't even listed yet

Also a load of stages go on til 6 according to the OS but clash finder only goes til 4

Didn't spot this! I'm pleased Pumpkins have the longer set and have retaken the crown as headliners. Now if only The xx weren't afraid of the light then everyone would be able to happily see Cave and Pumpkins.

Not necessarily. The Pyramid field is enormous - at that time of the day and with that size act, it won't be very full, so will be easy to wander in and out of. Both the Park and Pyramid fields are large, so you will be able to stand from a distance. The Pussy Parlure is an enclosed tent, so it is possible it will be packed in there.

If you want minimum stress, go for the Pyramid, which has multiple entrances/exits.

As long as it doesn't get too busy (like Radiohead) The Park is a much nicer place to watch a band. You can get much closer to the stage and it tends to have a much nice crowd who tend to know their music. Pyramid tends to have a lot of people who hang around all day, getting a good spot for the bigger bands later on.

For all of those worrying about the Chic / SMD clash, remember that SMD are doing a DJ set at 1:30-3am at The Beat Hotel, plenty of time to get there from West Holts

SMD DJ Set is not anywhere near the raw brutal strength of an SMD live set, I am sad to say. They are not even in the same ballpark.
