devilman
Skunk Anansie would be a great addition. I've never been able to catch them live before
Moey
I've seen them once, in Sheffield. They were awesome. Fingers crossed for another announcement. I was also hopeful for Therapy?, but they're signed up for Soni. I'm assuming they won't play both, prob in the contract or something. jammy2211
I think the line up is all but done now, doubt the red bull bands will be any i know and cant see slots elsewhere. I really just hope that clashes make saturday workable to see a lot of band and maybe devil sold his soul could squeeze in on the third or something. Also the accoustic stage is still to come, hope bowling for soup are put on sunday.
luckysalt
Yeah there won't be anyone as big as Skunk Anansie added now. Skunk Anansie got added in quite late last time as he was struggling to fill that spot, they were too high for sure. I saw them the previous year at V on the main stage, but they were 6th or 7th down and cus it was early the crowd were there for them, they absolutely smashed it. Atmosphere was incredible. And download though as its been said so flat.

theramm
Seen there's quite a few competitions floating around...has there been any word on well it has (or hasn't) sold this year?
lightning1000
There's competitions every year. It's selling fine, just an average year. You're definitely not going to see half priced tickets.
devilman
I fucking hope not! I'd be well pissed off if tickets went for half price after I paid full!
lightning1000
It's happened before, but sales were horrible that year.
rivalschools.price
That Royal Blood song isn't too bad. Seems like everywhere I look now there are bands with only two members in it(or should I say a duo) At Download we have Royal Blood,Drenge, 21 Pilots and Graveltones, Was looking at the Blood Red Shoes tour, there are three bands on the bill with a total of only six members. I blame the White Stripes,ha ha.

6t6o6m
Love the look of this years festival but no mates want to go to download. Can't believe it's been 5 years since I went to download and met some people from here!
atomised
If you like the line up why not go it alone, you'll meet plenty of new people there and get to enjoy all the band's you want to see

DomDom1984
If my mates tried to get me to go to Reading this year, I'd have told them to f**k off.

devilman
Already splashed out my money on reading for this summer. I would have rather download but the mates wanted to do reading.
luckysalt
Theres a secret band playing Download on the Sunday on the third stage. All signs point to it being Black Stone Cherry http://www.loughboroughecho.net/whats-on/music-nightlife-news/surprise-act-for-download-festival-6936234
6t6o6m
Book the time off and go work there. Free ticket and you will still get to enjoy a lot of it with new friends.

atomised
The thing that puts me off thinking its BSC is the fact they're in Europe anyway so not really out of their touring cycle
rivalschools.price
I would guess that it is a British band as it would be easier to play a gig 'out of their tour cycle'
rivalschools.price
Andy has just said on Twitter that it is an arena sized band.
