Lineup is shaping up lovely, already purchased a ticket but was pleased with the additions especially eels, goose, hurts, soulwax, crystal castles, and chase and status.

DO people think goose or paul kalkbrenner will play after xx? Or do people still expect skrillex?

Great to hear DiscothequeDave and jimmyjimmy4080 are on board this year, we'll definitely have to meet up for a beer or two!

Very happy with this announcement. For my tastes, it's one of the strongest I can remember and that's without even doing any research on the acts I don't know. Chase and Status always put on a great show and I've wanted to see Nero and DJ Fresh in their live guises for a while now. I love what I've heard of Alunageorge and Haim, and Johnny Marr and Miles Kane will also be class. You can't go far wrong with Soulwax, Goose and Paul Kalkbrenner but for me the best part of the announcement is the DJs. Noisia, Mr Oizo, The Magician (!), Jamie XX, Gorgon City, Oneman, Dismantle, Mosca.....the list goes on!!

Don't think Goose or Paul Kalkbrenner will play the Main Stage as expect them both to be in the Dance Hall. They could throw Goose on the Main (being Belgian and all) but the fact they played 3rd from top in the Marquee last year makes me wonder if they would give them that elevated position???

Soulwax is their live show, although 2manydjs could still be announced to play as well.

I think xx will nail it, they were fantastic on the main last year at werchter.

Xx headlining pretty much was the deciding factor for me coming back, no they wont get everyone dancing but theres more to headliners than jumping up and down.

There's a full live video of the XX at Coachella (there's loads of full length pro shoot performances of quite a few bands which is unusual) on YouTube to give you an idea how it translates on a main stage.

That said, I'll be mega surprised, and a little disappointed if another headliner isn't announced for the Saturday to follow the XX

Hi All,

Apologies if this has been asked previously but I'm looking for some help/advice.

I was at Pukkelpop in 2010 and the festival ticket included return train travel to and from the festival site anywhere in Belgium.

Is this still the case this year?

All I can find on the website is that "bus" travel is included.

http://www.pukkelpop.be/en/info/faq/do-i-have-to-pay-to-take-the-bus-to-pukkelpop/77

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Train travel is still included in the ticket price, you just need to download the voucher nearer the time.

I'm also really hoping for Tame Impala, Moderat and Disclosure so fingers crossed for the next announcement. Empire of the Sun are playing another festival in Belgium called Lokerse so they are doubtful as the two festivals don't tend to share acts. Would love Sub Focus and Skism to both play but there's already quite a bit of drum and bass/dubstep on the line up so don't think they'll add any more.

Prepare for disappointment then, several official sources have confirmed The XX as headliner. They'll either be followed by a huge dance act (Skrillex, or perhaps Kraftwerk now that Werchter doesn't have them?), or they'll play after a pretty big coheadliner (i.e. Phoenix) and be followed by Goose closing the festival with a bang.

Hi All,

I have afew questions as its gonna be my first time at Pukkelpop.

Was just wondering what way booze works on the campsite? Everything other than glass bottles allowed in?

What are the drink prices like in supermarkets? Say for a bottle of wine or a bottle of vodka?

Cheers in advance!

first time for me too so I can't answer, just ask..

are cameras allowed? (not mobile phone cameras)

and also about prices I don't need a full menu of course but still

what kind of food can I find outside the festival site and how much it cost compare to the festival site?

thank you!

Seems to be quite a few artists at Werchter and Pukkel this year, so hopefully theres one or two more to come. The last announcement was good, but I prefer bands to electronic music (though appreciate both) and theres a few names I would love to see (but I am doubtful because of some of them playing at Werchter (still we live in hope)

I'd really like

Bastille

The Lumineers

Of Monsters and Men

Mumford and Sons

Tame Impala

Glasvegas

Florence and the Machine

Ellie Goulding

Kasabian

Dizzee Rascal

Wretch 32

Example

You Me at Six

Biffy Clyro

The only bands I'd like from Werchter are Depeche Mode, Django Django, Phoenix, Tame Impala, The Hives and Vampire Weekend.

The line-up is already brilliant, but I'd also love to see added:

Beach House, Chad Valley, Purity Ring, Austra, Chairlift, Daniel Avery, Hercules & Love Affair, Hot Chip, Javelin, Lemonade, Optimo, Planningtorock, Rainbow Arabia, Toro Y Moi, Twin Shadow and YACHT.

But then, I'm just greedy :)

    • World Cup 2026: What is happening with ticket prices? - BBC Sport   Sounds like Infantino has been learning from his buddy if he's running around claiming its all sold out while quietly dumping tickets below face on assorted secondary websites.
    • Mac DeMarco also cancelled
    • I'm British so it very much would apply for me.   I mean, it's a moot point as I don't have tickets so will not be in town for this, but I've heard reports of lengthy queues and given I remember Lisbon Airport having a long queue at arrivals even pre-EES when I went in 2023, I seem to guess it might be quite the wait, depending on flight paths.   Certainly, the worst I've had pre-EES was a 45 minute wait for a stamp at Valencia Airport in Spain, where 4 flights to non-EU destinations in quick succession were placed one after the other. So I can't say I'm enthusiastic about what's in store. Or you know. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.
    • Out of interest keep seeing messages saying last 12 hours etc… to buy you full weekend tickets.  Whats that about? Do they take them off sale early?
