I wish there was a clashfinder, and I'm more than happy to pay for it as I find them so much easier to quickly read through and decide who I'm seeing.

Halvin's Glasto one is fantastic, better than most official stuff I've paid for. Don't think I will bother paying for the app as the reviews aren't great and I'll have already left for the IoW by the time its updated with schedule info.

The app is a bag of w*nk. Good for finding out preliminary times for whenever bands are playing (if you're really desperate to see it to plan ahead) but not much else. Few discount vouchers here and there, mildly interactive map... shouldn't have to pay for it though.

From what I remember from a previous Bestival podcast, the set times will apparently be released for free before the festival so I assume this means on the website and you shouldn't have to buy the app?

-- no, but you're taking advantage of something that is desirable to a lot of people and charging them for it, and it takes the piss considering the fact most people will pay to park their cars, pay for a programme and spend nearly £20 before they've even got in the fucking gates.

efests was offered the chance of doing an app with the same people, and which would have included similar discount vouchers.

While the offer was good in many ways, there were too many limitations with the back-end for me to think it would be a good thing for efests to do, rather than a bad thing.

Bestival radio & from what I can remember LED signs let you know of any changes to the line up etc but I don't think they are in the campsite.

Went to go see Pro Green with some friends but ended up seeing Nero

I've never seen an app crash so many times. What a pile of shite. Admittedly I wasn't planning on using at the festival (to save battery power) but I bought it for a ganders. It is absolute mince.

The times are getting released to the app at 6pm tomorrow so should be enough time for someone to add in all of the times to a clashfinder - sure it will get posted up here tomorrow evening at some point
