ok...i'm getting random 'Event not found' results on refreshing but mainly the holding page. my guess is that one or more of the seetickets servers has no 700000 event loaded onto it hence the 'event not found'. as the load-balancer passes your page request to servers in turn it hits the dodgy one every now and then.....sincerely hope this gets sorted.

the 'holding' page is simply the equivalent of a 'sorry page' which loads when the 700000 service is unavailable, or when it reaches a maximum session limit. i suspect they merely have it administratively 'down' at present to force the holding page to load.

20 browser Windows open and refreshing autmatically nicely. No need to manically press the refresh button quite yet as soon as one window updates...

I'd just assume the event not found page is because they've not actually activated the page yet? It's essentially a queue to go nowhere at the moment.

ah yes but most times the refresh loads the 'queue' page and only randomly fails to and loads the 'event not found' page. that would suggest that the event itself is not known about on the server that gets hit..

I hit f5, firefox used to be the perfect browser for it cos i could tell if i was about to get through due to the loading bar, no such luck now :/
