sure hope so... T talk excites me... I'm getting sick of the reading forums being so negative.

I'm sorry to hear this. As I value your enjoyment of this site greatly may I suggest that you give this area a miss for a while, at least until it because a more positive place. One of us will PM you when it's better.

I would have upvoted it if I had any points for the day left.

No surprises with Arctic Monkeys.

Edit: I know it has probably been asked before, but what is it with that particular Kasabian pic?

The pic was 1st posted by tourette with no comment attached, now it's got a life of it's own.

Also on the topic of the rumours page were Foals always listed as Main or is that new too?

It's self-explanatory by now.

I guess it is, know what thread it is when you see it atleast.

Going by the fact on the rumours R/L has Arctic Monkeys re-added, T with Eminem and V JT and Jay-Z they are probably slightly considering this Keese fellows messages

Foals are co headlining aren't they.

Ballllls.

Saving grace is prodigy under blink. And hopefully GOOD NME HEADLINERS!

Sticking with

Arctics,

Foals,

Jake Bugg

Blink 182

Prodigy

You Me At Six

Queens Of The Stone Age

Paramore

Bastille

If Foals play, I'd have thought dentalplan's shout of them effectively being 3rd under the co-headers is very likely to be correct

Yes please :D

Get on the thread then you dick.

Why is it just assumed that Biffy are playing, they're headlining? I could see them subbing to someone like Eminem.

Are we talking T again now. I dunno, it's easy to assume - successful reading headline set, Scotland pride, be cheaper....but maybe they could still sub. Just doubt they would

Because they are a headlining band now...plus the Scottish love a love Scottish act! Calvin Harris is almost a god up there.

Arctic Monkeys for Reading ...imaginative Melvin!

Blink & Arctics... imaginative :ninja:

However I must say, together they will be seen as very strong headliners, by quite a few people.

Alot of people who i'm going with, new to the festival life think that's a corker of a lineup...

I'd say Blink is slightly more imaginative, just as no other UK festivals really get them and they haven't done a massive tour this year.

Where as the Arctic Monkeys? If you wanted to see them, you haven't exactly had a limited choice recently have you?

    • Lost my love of football years ago so I pay very little attention to it these days but I'm really enjoying Max Rushden's video diaries of his flat share with Barry Glenddening. I think Barry might kill him before the end of the tournament
