Hahaaa fair enough, it's a known fact that Faris' singing isn't always, or even ever, in key. He's a shit singer, it's just wether you can tolerate the faults! But i'd understand anyone who doesn't like them

My step brother and step dad were at the Placebo tour, they said they were very ok, werent particularly impressed nor unimpressed, just uninterested

I agree about Primal Scream, they're a brilliant band, still sound fresh enough to get the young 'uns dancing as well.

I'd really love to see Kanye and Jay Z, their show sounds like it would be a great choice for R&L, my only concern is the kind of crowd they'd attract, all the idiots I went to school with and had assumed were locked up by now took to Facebook to express their excitement when Watch The Throne tickets went on sale, I'd really rather not have those dullards lurking around the campsite.

    • Ah, that is interesting and ruins my theory a bit!!   I think my point just about holds though, and coming full circle on this discussion, being a sizable band such as Muse and not being able to sell out two O2 dates very quickly or at all doesn’t fill me with confidence that they be able to do a decent job selling a stadium tour…although maybe if Muse do something about their pricing, maybe they can!
    • I’ve said it elsewhere too but Emily Eavis said a 2028 headliner was booked, to me that’s only going to be someone the size of Oasis or Taylor Swift
    • Christ didn't even see that!
    • It does feel very bland. It would certainly spell another year (my third, I think) away from Pyramid headliners for me. That doesn't mean they aren't worthy, though. I don't follow what any of them are up to, as it isn't my thing. Good luck to them.   You would think coming off a fallow year, they would want one big hitter. 'Big hitter' is obviously open to debate, but that was/is Madonna. Let's have it right. The eggs have gone in that basket, and it seems (as far the rumours go) that it's blown up. So now you're left with another plan B/replacement headliner.   I'm still of the opinion that Oasis will do it, before the Oasis thing is all said and done. Probably 2028, if they can come to an agreement. It may transpire that 2027 is bland (or at least to some of us), and 2028 is a bit... wild.   Again, though, none of us categorically know ANY of the headliners, as it stands.
    • Second go.....    Still f**king fantastic - Well done WIlliam Orbit -  Bugman & Trimm Trabb mega tracks - No Distance Left To Run hauntingly Beautiful
