Love to see Numan again. A true hero of mine. Saw him at Bestival along with another of my childhood heroes, John Foxx) last week and it was immense, a great Thursday night. He still has it for me, I even liked some of the darker, heavier stuff. Love him to play some Replicas and pleasure principle stuff again.

Needs to be in a tent though in my opinion. Jp would be ideal

They're always pushing the boundaries of acceptability Haha, I'm kidding, horses for courses and all that. Obviously they've expressed an interest in headlining in the past, but I don't think they'd do Pyramid. Maybe Other.

I was at a party last night and some guy told me that he knows someone who knows Elizabeth Jagger and claims that the Stones are basically clinched.

I don't believe it in the slightest but I've never been able to actually non-ironically use that "friend of a friend's cat's husband's director of photography told me" thing before.

On the Muse point - yes, they're shit now. But Leeds/Reading last year was INCREDIBLE - OoS is a fab album.

And even SOME of their new stuff sounds... good.

The thing about muse is that I felt the same way about them a couple of years back (downhill trajectory since absolution) but they gave a great performance as headliners that year and then did the OoS at Reading/Leeds the following year.

Everything I hear of the new album sucks big meaty dogs cock though.

May be shot down for it, but this song is brilliant in my opinion, I wasn't that bothered about buying The 2nd Law after hearing Madness/Survival but if there are a few of this calibre I am very tempted.

If you don't want to watch the whole thing, watch the intro, then just skip to 2:25 and 4:30. Interested to hear the studio version

Yeah, this album is shaping up to actually be quite good. Supremacy is awesome, Panic Station is great and Animals (another one they played at their first gig) is also really cool.

Oh, and Supremacy would make a sweet Bond song.

I know that it is probably past them now but I would love to see The Prodigy grabbing a headline slot on the Pyramid. I know they were on the other stage in 09 but they will have a new album out, have done enough to warrant it in my opinion and would bring a bit of edge (not The Edge U2) back to the Pyramid which it has sorely lacked in recent years.

Not sure if there is one catchy song on new Muse album! Madness is shocking, as is Survival, Supremacy and panic Station sounds like they've tried to do a kinda guitar riff techno/bass and failed badly. They are less Glasto than anything at the minute
