What are the chances

I personally think Radiohead are a pretty damn good chance to play it - I can feel it in the itching of me thumbs so to speak. Or something along those lines. Pyramid for definate. I have my fingers crossed for Tim Minchin on Other that night.

If he's busy, Chemical Brothers will do, I suppose...Or Arcade Fire.

what are the chances of these bands playing and what stages would they play on.

Radiohead - Pyramid Headliner on the Saturday probably.

Gogol Bordello - Good chance, 4th or 5th from top on the Pyramid.

Babyshambles - No idea, Other Stage somewhere I guess?

Klaxons - Good chance, second top on Other Stage.

Libertines - Doubtful, would have to be Pyramid.

Arcade Fire - Doubtful, would have to be Pyramid.

Glasvegas - No idea, do they have a new album on the way? Other Stage/ JP

Tim Minchin - F*ck knows.

Radiohead - maybe as 2 of them played this year and it's been a long time since they last headlined the Pyramid Stage

Klaxons - definately, I met Jamie in the audience this year and can tell he loves Glastonbury and they only played one UK festival this year (Reading/Leeds). No idea what stage they would be on and what time of the day.

Libertines - if they are still around possibly a headline slot on the Other Stage

Arcade Fire - definately, they did a great show in 2007 (headline slot at Other Stage or near the top of the bill on the Pyramid)

Glasvegas - if they have a new album out I am sure they will (thinking a Park Stage headliner, depends on how popular the 2nd album is)

Never heard of Gogol Bordello?! You should be wearing purple.

Amazing Eastern-European influenced punk band from New York. I assure you you have never heard anything like it!

Gogol Bordello are a ridiculous band. It's like a cross between Borat taking the piss out of punk and Greek wedding music. They were on the card for the Rage Factor gig and a good portion of the crowd were just stood agog with mouths open trying to work out if it was a piss take or not.

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
    • Easily my favourite set of the day.
