Stevie, unless he really disappoints then i'l try to get round to watch the end of orbital. And end up missing both.

I thought it would be closer than it is right now though (53% stevie / 13% orbital after 75 votes)

Sunday is the only night where I might be a bit uncertain - Wonder is not my thang and I've never seen Orbital but have seen all the rest so it's likely to be System 7, Faithless and Orbital - Hot diggedy!!

There ain't much that would have been enough to drag me away from Stevie Wonder. It is a cracking finish thought, I'd more than happily watch any of them and I can't recall thinking that at any point in last year's line up.

I love Orbital and I love Stevie, i've seen Orbital many times and Stevie once so i'm gonna go with Stevie, he's a legend. Perfect end to Glasto's 40th!

For anyone that thinks they could be disappointed with his performance you won't be, he was amazing at the 02 in 2008.

Empire Of The Sun for me, I've been waiting to see them since the album first came out. Gutted I'll have to miss Ash and Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip though.

I wanted to see Orbital again and Gomez too but I have to see a bit of Stevie as I have only seen him once in the 70s before he did all the crappy poppy stuff (happy birthday, isnt she wonderful, ebony ivory yuk!). I am sure he will do the poppy stuff but I will endure it for the atmosphere.

Sad to miss the levellers and toots but seen them both many times before.

Sunday is the most difficult one for me.. I'll probably end up going to see Stevie Wonder simply because it's the first and probably only time I'll get to see him. Otherwise I would've loved to have seen Empire of the Sun, Ash and Gomez.

Cant recall when this was but it had to have been before 1972/73 - went to see the Stones and the warm up act was Stevie Wonder but I am not really into his music.

So if the clash guide is correct will watch Richard Thompson and then catch the Levellers assuming I am not working.

My hit list is Bootleg Beatles , Richard Thompson, Al Stewart and Judy Collins so even if I see 50% of my wish list I will still be happy.

Voted Jackson Browne but this is the worst clash for me this year as I would love to see Stevie Wonder.

I know Jackson Browne is playing on the pyramid aswell but the thought of him with a stripped down set with the acoustic sounds far to good to turn down. Especially since I can't stop listening to his acoustic live albums at the minute.

Guess I will have to wait and decide nearer the time. :P

Stevie Wonder 53%! If that's a sample of the whole of Glastonbury then that's gonna be nearly 80 thousand people on the Pyramid on Sunday night! :P , I was brought up listening to "Songs in the key of Life", so how could i miss him.

How could you miss Faithless followed by Stevie. Perfect!

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
