Managed (subject to confirmation e-mail) to get a ticket but all campervan and motorhome tickets sold out.  Can only hope for re-sales.  Any idea when they might be?

You can already register on Tixel for resales .. worth doing now as there'll be plenty of people who've ended up with more tickets than they need in the panic this morning.

How do the resales work? Can you split a ticket out of an order or do you have to put the whole order up for sale?

Only for my group, there are 11 of us, we think we have 13 tickets in total because we saw confirmation screens for them (although no emails yet), but I also authorised a payment for another 6 on my mobile banking app before seeing a 'Your basket has expired' message. The 13 we definitely have are broken down as:

6x full up front price Settler

1x full up front price regular weekend

6x instalment regular weekend

So we'll obviously be able to sell the 1 regular ticket on its own, just wondering how it will work when we want to sell one of the Settler or instalment tix.

Whole thing was a nightmare. At least with Glastonbury (old system) there was only one ticket type once you got through, and it was impossible to buy too many because they had to be associated with specific people. This way just invites people to buy too many to ensure they don't miss out. Generates some extra resale fees I guess...

It it correct? Ours seem to be only for the car park ticket and in another one only for the insurance?

i’ve got mine through and its shows the tickets but not the parking ticket but the total payment amount includes the parking tickets.

the system is a bit messy (though still a fair bit better than the old ticket provider)

Campervan and motorhome tickets are available but you can only add to basket if you add a new weekend ticket first, looks like people had multiple LIV's in their baskets then released some.  Just got our second adult weekend a couple if minutes ago and you can add a camper / motor home no problem.

Wow. First time trying for green man as moved close to where its held. Not successful as I wasn't prepared for a glastonbury like experience I thought it was be a breeze. Someone said can set up a twickets alert but I can't see any info on their website all information is for GM2025?

They just sent out an email there, Tixel the official reseller, there'll be a wait list.

Well that was frustrating. 2 adults, 4 year old and 1 year old.

Got straight in and got 2 adults and a 3-5 ticket in my basket  - but no infants. Can't leave baby at home so had to painfully watch basket expire.

Then at 10.40 managed to get 1 adult, 1 3-5 and an infant ticket.

Then spent an hour trying to get the elusive final ticket - as well as seeing loads of infant tickets back on there!

To top it off I saw a social media post from GM to say that if there are still kids tickets to email ticket sellers and get it added to the order....aaaah could have done that first time.

Anyway, one adult ticket short if anyone kindly has one: https://tixel.com/u/RHYSFEZZIWIG

Agree with what others have said, that if you have multiple ticket types you're massively disadvantaged!

Hopefully one will turn up somewhere!

Just had a confirmation email through for the 6 where it said basket expired. So we now have 19 tickets for 11 people. And I could really have done with that £1,900 without having to go through the pain and delay of reselling. Sake.

Got as far as 'Review Your Order.'  Asked for my name as lead booker, email and postcode.  It then froze, with a weird bar graph overlay over the entire screen. I left it 3 or 4 mins, to see if this would resolve. With two mins left on the basket, I hit back and reentered my details.  Still hanging.  Eventually ran out of time on the basket. My one chance blown.

This is just pure incompetence.  If you are going to run a ticketing company, at least have the infrastructure to process the purchases of those to whom you have alloted an effing session.

Not sure if you can sell individually but if you can: https://tixel.com/u/RHYSFEZZIWIG

However, I'm fairly certain if you email and cancel, they should refund you? Saw Martin Lewis say everyone has 14 days to return online purchases. Don't see how this is different

Similarly to above, we are one ticket short for our crew so happy to take one of those off your hand and send cash today if you'd like?
