Do they usually announce acts one day at a time? 

 

If so, when are acts for other days usually announced? Same day or later in the week?

Tomorrow: 3 more headliners (probably Florence + 2 acts for Saturday)

Wednesday: 3 more headliners (probably Deftones + 2 acts for Friday)

Next Week: 15 or so medium-big names and ticket selling.

Tyler, The Creator is a huge get for the festival. Amazing name.

Not that bothered about any of the three names today and probably won't be that fussed about most of the 6 names announced tomorrow and Wednesday either (Deftones and Turnstile just ain't my thing) but I've known that for a while anyway. Fingers crossed for a decent undercard or else I'll give it a miss this year

 

HVBL are saying more names on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday so we'll probably have 20-30 names by then

During the past two years, ticket sales started after 40-50 names were already announced and, considering how fast the Combi tickets sold out, it has been the perfect strategy for the type of festival PKP is.

This time they have to accelerate because of the VAT increase but I'm expecting a lot of names between Feb-14.

Let's see what happens.

Looks like a realistic PKP set of headliners.

Not what sells me a ticket, but it would sold many for sure, especially if combined with a solid 20-name batch next week.

It could be this or Florence closing Main Stage at 00.55 with big Marquee and Wave closers until 2 am.
I think (especially on Festileaks Forum) people are too much concerned on who's headlining... A festival who always has only one or two massive headliners + 60-70 quite big international acts + 100 other smaller or local ones.

Hoping for a bigger than usual batch of names next week.

For me, this is shaping up to be the worse set of headliners/subs since 2015, especially if Turnstile and Lorde get announced for tomorrow.

 

I'd better get praying for a decent undercard 🙏

The Sunday is terrible. I'd put Yungblud with Florence, Deftones and Turnstile on a day.

Amyl and Underworld is good. Getting Pendulum only as a dj set is a bit of a kick though.
