The person could have also just said no to the rumour cus they don’t want it being leaked from them and it actually is. Time will tell.

 

So it could still be Limp Bizkit GnR Linkin Park and they’ve just said no to that rumour because they don’t want it to come from them. Who really knows.

I get why download have the exclusive headliner rule but surely it doesn't effect ticket sales that much? 

 

I can understand wanting at least 1 or 2 of the headliners to be exclusive especially the stadium bands
