NOS Alive 2025

Each to their own but personally I really like the line up. Lots of diverse acts and fun to be had. 

 

The only act I've been completely disappointed by so far is KOL because last time I saw them they were horrendous, but I can understand them being there in the capacity they are.

Man if NIN did a full set it would be amazing but unfortunally i cant see them headlining. That being said if NIN are coming i will go. Even for a 1.15h show

Maybe one more band before or after NIN…maybe Co-headlne with other one…but even if is only 75 min it’s always worth it, it’s not a band you see regularly!

Be a bit much if they decided to go back to drip-feeding names next week when Mad Cool may well have given the game away as to who's around.

There is chatter of this in the Mad Cool thread given that the festival put an advert saying they were there and that there's an arena show in America (I wanna say Austin?) with a Ticketmaster page set up.

Nine inch nails will announce their peel it back tour tomorrow
Mad cool posted that they will have an announcement tomorrow + the reel where that info is shown is a tennis game, Nine inch Nails did the soundtrack for the movie The Chalengers, a tennis movie, their giving us a hint, and they basically leaked it 💀
So I’m guessing NIN will either co headline with KOF or be one of the headliners of the 11th, probably this one

Yes it certainly points in that direction. Only remaining question is whether they will be headliner at NOS/Mad Cool or not.

As both still need one, I‘d say yes. I can also see NIN only accept offers where they‘d be headliner. Graspop, Open‘er, Mad Cool, NOS.

taking into account the horrible year we have this year in terms of bands/artists that are in Europe and are NOT coming to Portugal i wouldnt put it that NIN would not be coming to NOS and only coming to Mad Cool.

I think KoL wil play before them, no? Can't see Trent subbing anyone anymore nowadays.

If I recall correctly it was confirmed that KOL were the headliners for Sunday. Maybe NIN will be on afterwards, similar to what Justice are likely doing on Saturday?

 

I don't know enough about their personalities to know whether they'd be against subbing KOL.

I don’t see what else they can book. Maybe Covões is trusting Sam Fender’s popularity in the UK, but last time he did that, with The Libertines, things didn’t end up well. So, I bet they’re still negotiating something.

If MADCOOL have shared their day splits and headliners, could NOS will be taking a big name from elsewhere. Does this bring Greenday back into the mix or maybe Neil Young if he only now does outdoor venues?
