to be fair ozanne I was not happy about Truss winning the leadership election as thought she would be usual right wing tory w*nkhead but still might end up winning an election, whereas you were arguing she was a gift for Labour.

surely the pressure to uturn on some of those tax cuts is going to be too great...especially that 45p one...unless Kw*nkteng is really going to start announcing spending cuts (freeze benefits etc).

I’ve got a scary feeling that Boris will be back before Halloween. 
 

We’re definitely being played by the Tories. They have shown us that it can be worse without him and he will be riding back in to save the day.

I think they will do what parts of Europe have done and limit the energy price cap to a certain amount per household.
