Chris Mason taking over from Kuenssberg as BBC's political editor...seems like a nice bloke although I'm sure he'll be accused of bias soon enough, although maybe with a bit less vitriol seeing as he's a bloke.

Sweden and Finland could be joining NATO soon...not sure this invasion, sorry I mean special operation, is going to plan for Putin....unless his plan was to completely fuck Ukraine and partially fuck Russia and potentially start WW3.

Elections are so unpredictable, look at the (better than expected) loss Jez got against May. A lot is down to luck of the political climate when the election is called. Boris would have been toast if he had called an election and partygate had kicked off. Everything still to play for.

I am an NHS worker. There were no after work gatherings, we just went home. We didn't have Christmas parties the last 2 years. Some had it far worse than me and separated from their families. Even before covid there was no alcohol drinking in work time. This man has no shame.

Apparently 23,638 people voted for Fabricant in Lichfield at the last election! Incredible there are that many c**ts in such a small area!

The government are so focussed on Ukraine they’ve allowed Parliament to be on recess for 2 weeks.

The next fine should be given out next week just as Parliament comes back from recess.

Do the fine amounts go up for repeated offences in England? I know Wales was doubling their penalty for each breach of the rules.
