Also because it would trigger a GE wouldn't it if the rebels voted with labour? So they won't want that as they'll all be losing their seats!

If they really think getting rid of Johnson is best for the country then they are duty bound to vote against their Government.

Apparently the Tories nearly changed the rules to allow more votes of no confidence when Theresa May was being bundled out the door in 2018/19. So it is possible such behind-the-scenes politicking could be being done.

The Tories change the rules as they see fit. There will be probably be more resignations coming over the next couple of days. 
 

More and more MP’s will distance themselves from Spaffer and the Tory party will just crumble and flounder their way to the next election. 
 

You know more details about his dodgy behaviour will be coming out as well.

Move on mate, the result was a whole 27 minutes ago it's in the past now. We need to move on.

Unfortunately the next round (by election results) will be playing out whilst we're distracted by events on the fields of Pilton.

If those results are bad I expect the '22 will change the rules and do a VONC round two.
