VAR is everything I expected of it although I'm not sure it got Fabinho wrong. I'd need to know fine detail about a number of laws to know if it did.

One part that seems clear is that the lines count as part of the penalty area. But the 'victim' and the actual contact was outside of those lines so the foul itself wasn't inside the box. 

Was it a foul? Yeah, maybe, but on a "seen them given" basis, so pretty weak - but I don't really have a problem with it overall. There were a few "seen them given" incidents last night, so Sheff Utd getting one penalty out those several incidents feels about right. 

I loved the mint chocolate box green of Sheffield Utd's kit. I guess they wore it because the match was after 8.

Bit annoying this. Thought we deserved a pen for that. Not the first time Maguire has got away with it against us. All in all though, neither team deserved to win the game.
