Is Dizzee Rascal a potential headliner?

I thought he could be to be honest or Shaggy.

Neil had info that there would be 2 reggae acts on WH didn't he?

Shaggy was probably not who he had in mind when dreaming of the possibilities.

But yeah, I think Dizzee could fit in. If we're to believe that at least two WH headliners are on the poster then we've got to be open to further possibilities. DJ Shadow is my pick atm.

*If* they're all on the poster then realistically you'd have to say:

The Shad

The Dizz

The Justices

RTJ

Chic

Stormzy

 

are the only possibilities.  And the latter def. looks like he'll be elsewhere.

not specifically 2, but 'more than one' - so there might even be 3 this year for all i know.

I'm having trouble seeing Shaggy as a WH booking, but perhaps I'm crediting for tastes when perhaps i should be crediting for a taste in cheese.

Nah. I've tried, gawd knows I have. But I just can't get past the idea that Mr C and the gang are, in fact, just taking the piss.

And I'm far too far up my own musical arse to tolerate anyone who doesn't suffer for their art. Shame, as I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone describe a gig of theirs as anything other than fantastic. Wouldn't mind a crowd-Zorb, though.

Justice have always seemed like a WH headliner to me. In recent years the WH has had an electronic headliner & they fit perfectly.

Anyone mentioned George Benson as a possiblility for Sunday? Playing Love Supreme festival along with The Jacksons. I reckon he would be an ideal fit.
