kaosmark2
There's the whole "solidarity payments" thing now, where about 1% of the Prem TV money is spread between the other 72 EFL clubs. So generous...
zahidf
The Manchester clubs really dont want to play in the champions league next year Two more injured for utd, Shaw and Bailey
pink_triangle
Liverpool and City now have 4 games against teams with nothing to play for, I suspect both will keep their places.
zahidf
Spurs haven't lost a single game at White Hart Lane this season: WDWWWDWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW Wins: 20 Goals: 62 Conceded: 11 Clean sheets:

pink_triangle
I think Chelsea won the title at Everton today. Their remaining fixtures are Sunderland, boro, wba and Watford which is fairly close to what they would choose if they were handpicked. And WBA is the only away fixture, the other 3 are at stanford bridge. Saying that, if they lose one more game and spurs keep winning, it go down to the last game of the season.... ThomThomDrum
If Chelski fuck this up it would be utterly ridiculous! Really wanted em to draw today to make it interesting but stick a fork in it, this goose is cooked! Top 4 battle is brewing nicely however. Utd drawing yet again is remarkable! Citeh dropping 2 and the Gooners 3. Interesting times. Pressure on Klopp et al to get a result at Watford. Few Pool fans will be fully confident.... If you take out the fact it was a derby loss, it wasn't the worst weekend for Arsenal. It wasn't much of a surprise that we lost yesterday, but to only lose a point to United and City in the process is pretty good actually. Thing of beauty. The pass from Lucas looks simply sublime too in the over all context of the goal.

Not bad for someone who tends to get a nosebleed if he crosses the half way line. I'm wanting him to score in the last game of the season, and hopefully the goal that guarantees them top-4. That would be a great finale.
Wooderson
The Giroud goal is more unique of course but not as visceral or important.

Wooderson
The forum is usually maxed out with posts from Faux-Mancs about Gerard's slip. I just took the opportunity to get an update in whilst the tumbleweeds were blowing.
mjsell
So with Shaw out long term again, and Bailly coming off injured as well, does this mean United only have 3 first team defenders left uninjured? And two of those started their careers as midfielders. Edited May 2, 2017 by mjsell
Wooderson
The number of injuries suffered by teams this season (LFC and Utd to name but two) needs impartial analysis. Not sustainable.

I remember Fergie investigating it before after a particularly bad season of injuries and thinking it was the style of ball he played. Counter attack basically so a lot of stop start. Didn't they pout down the early to mid 00s metatarsal injuries down to boots? Players are complete pansies these days too remember. mjsell
Just now, The Nal said: Valencia and Young? Yeah. Darmian and BLind centre backs. Ah forgot about Young (easily done). Blind started as a defensive mid at Ajax. Would Jose move Carrick to centre back at all?
