Absolutely made up with the lineup, think Genosys is strong, Joey Beltram on Saturday will be one of my festival highlights i'm sure. NYC is strong despite the repeat bookings. Looking forward to catching as many as possible out of - Honey Soundsystem, Roi Perez, Discodromo, The Black Madonna and Honey Dijon, and we've still got The Beat Hotel to come.

yet more juice for fans of electronic music,really making the rest of us wait arent they? I go to the se corner as its a good night out but I dont have a clue who any of those people are! Hoping the hell stage etc and the `rest` of the lineup on the other stages release soon!

No you are right... Wednesday used to be building but you could wander round  and last year I think for first time venues up and open on Thursday.

First time for there to be a full festival line up officially.

This one field line-up would put most smaller Dance festivals in London to shame. Amazing really. There are Djs who headline Fabric (£20 entrance) just randomly scattered about. Awesome stuff.

but they are almost all very good and you can't often see many of them due to clashes so i don't mind too much

bear in mind also that this is glastonbury and the fees will be tiny compared to what most could get elsewhere on any given weekend. The likes of Midland and Eats everything are there because they want to be

also Gideon is one of the founders of block 9 / NYC downlow so of course he is there

I am loving the fact that the downlow has its own back story and is changing, that will be very exciting to see the new version!! It is quite rare these days that much in the SE corner is brand new and it will be good to get a first look at the all new Downlow, exciting times.

also what a huge relief that genosys has had some money spent on the sound system. Hopefully it will mean more volume.

I think the problem in that area is that with the cheaper older sound systems the sound really carries into the distance (and disturbs the locals) where with the more modern systems it can be loud crisp and clear at the point of impact without the sound carrying miles into the distance. hopefully this is what the new sound system is all about.

its going to be a mad dash to get there after LCD finish on other stage and ain't nobody leaving that one early. might be a lost cause.

funny as Hot Chip Djing isnt really a big deal outside of festivals but the fact that its a prince set will make it hugely popular

Are Hot Chip DJ sets in any way similar to Hot Chip?  I'm not sure whether to go along to this... I'm a massive Hot Chip fan but not a Prince fan.  I'm more hoping they'll do a set as the full band somewhere...
