I see AIR is touring around May, June and July, they have been announced for Primavera, Field Day and a few other festivals.  Do you think they might make an appearance at Glastonbury I'm hoping they are touring long enough up to September and that I might see them at Electric Picnic.

Big fan of Air. It would be a fucking dream to see them at the Park. I reckon theyre definitely in with a shot!

Not sure what their newer stuff sounds like but could see them as a WH sub myself

there's so many decent bands rumoured who you would think would command high up slots it's getting hard to place them all!

of course we'll end up with none of them playing but it's nice to dream in the meantime.

Where does one start with Air?

At the beginning my friend. I hold Moon Safari in very high esteem. It probably makes my top 5 albums of all time. As far as chillout music goes i simply think that record is the apex. Ive never found an album that does a better job at calming me down after shit day.

In all honesty, their work after that album has been unquestionably patchy. I enjoy Talkie Walkie and the Virgin Suicides album. Love 2 is also pretty good. But its all a bit hit and miss.

Didn't anybody mention 10 000 Hz Legend. " On this album, tracks are longer and more electronic-oriented than on their previous records. These experimentations find the duo expanding their capacities and working with other artists including Beck and suGar Yoshinaga of Buffalo Daughter"

Been waiting for them to get there since I've been going.

Prob one of my fav tracks,  off 10,000 Hz.

What's not to like :)

Would love them to be there!! Not sure where I'd like to see them, park headliner appeals...but...I like something a little more for that time...

Sub the John Peel? Before Chvrches on Sat/Sun could be ideal :P

Air aren't gonna play JP

And neither are Chvrches but you already know that ;)

    • Disclosure Day was fun.  It's very Spielberg but probably not an all time classic Spielberg. Nothing particularly original but it's well made, good performances (exceptional performance by Emily Blunt) and for a 2 hour plus blockbuster it flew by. Not everything worked, but I don't want to say why to avoid spoiling. Then again, it's not like there are too many shocks in this film.
