So once I got over her looking like she had come straight from the PTA after a few too many vinos....she eventualy won me over. Something to be repeated and a bit more in line with headliners of the past before glastonbury wanted to become just the biggest / best.

Possibly the worst headline act at any festival I have ever seen, just about every single song sounds the exact same, then you got her rolling about like a distressed goat locked in a garden centre, all very weird and not headline material at all.

I watched a hour of it on tv, and it's hard for me personally to find many positives - but the crowd seemed to enjoy it, the lutes and harps were quite pretty, it's good to have a female headliner, and she's less annoying than fucking Paloma Bastard Faith. Musically though: it's not for me at all.

O can't decide whether I preferred her or Ronson arghhh. Kanye's definitely got a job on to top tonight tho.

Ah was Ronson good then? We were considering him but ended up just watching the second half of The Libertines who were really dull.

First half-hour wasn't anything to write home about but the second half was wonderful. Valerie in particular was very emotional, after watching the Amy documentary yesterday. The crowd's reaction to that and also Boy George coming on to cover Do You Really Want To Hurt Me was honestly one of the highlights of my life.

No Bruno Mars but he brought out Mary J/George Clinton/Grandmaster Flash for Uptown Funk instead so we didn't really mind..

Dull? Libs were f*cking awsome! Especially the 2nd half.

Not really fussed about them anymore and we were right at the side where the crowd wasn't too into it which wouldn't have helped. Saw them from Music When the Lights Go Out onwards and up until I Get Along I thought they were quite boring, even Death On the Stairs which was probably my favourite Libertines song when I was into them.

I am a fan of Florence but it was a very forgettable headline set..

I'm not a fan and I thought she nailed it.

Seriously guys, do you just want someone plonked behind a mic stand? One inkling of someone with a bit of personality and it's all too weird for you...

All I know is I loved it, everyone I was with loved it and the crowd where I was were tremendous. I thought it was great show. It was never going to be a Radiohead moment given the fact she was booked as a sub and probably isn't *quite* ready to headline yet, but she did a great job filling in on daily short notice.

This. As a sub promoted she did a fantastic job. I'm sure if she'd been a headliner from the start she may have planned more to her show... special guests and contacting the international space station (remember that U2!!)

She gets the festival...so it was a nice headliner x
