I have been lead booker for my group for last 3 years and only ever received my and my husband's tickets, other friends in the ticket group received theirs directly.

When I paid the balance on my tickets this year I typed in a different address (I don't think it called it a delivery address, but it wasn't the address associated with my registration, and it wasn't the address associated with my card -- I'm getting them delivered to work).

All tickets paid for on that order will go to the address you type in when paying. It doesn't have to be the same address as is on the card or the registration.

Which would mean they paid the balance of their own tickets?

Even if they are sent to the person who books, they can be forwarded to an address from the booker, before the festival. Also, pre festival, pub meet up sounds fun too

It does not matter who books tickets in the resale - which ever person is entered as Lead Booker will receive the tickets.

I asked SEE if they could be sent to different addresses afterwards but they said no.

soooo quiet today! I don't like it!!! I need to go to the gym and the dog needs a walk and I also have to go out at three to pick up the kids! not moving though the Husband will have to leave work to do it! He did yesterday

Yes, You can phone up SEE and change the delivery address. One of our group in 2014 was coming from Spain and had her ticket redirected to me. You can also log on to SEE Customer Services webpage for the order and change the delivery I believe.

I thin delivery is different for main sale/resale. For main sale they are sent to lead booker of the group you pay the balances for ... defo. So you can pay as may deposits as you want and then the despatches are sent to whomever pays the balances (the lead booker for the balance payments)

 

I presume as these are secret/full balance tickets then the tickets would be sent to the lead booker

Actually looking at my receipt from Seetickets it looks as tho tickets will be sent to the lead booker even if you paid your own balance..

The main sale tickets are different because individuals will pay their own ticket off

I can't take this I'm watching glasto clips on YouTube and I'm starting to feel sad cos I might not end up getting a ticket after all this anyway

As I understand it, the address the tickets are sent to depends on who pays the balance. One person can pay all the deposits in October, but if the balances are paid off individually then the tickets are sent out individually. But with these resales, you are paying the balance immediately so if you buy multiple tickets they will all be sent to one address.

Plus you can actually type in the address you want them all to go to at the payment stage.

Apologies if this has already been answered and I've missed it, but does anyone know a very rough guess-timate of how many tickets were available last year in the secret sale, just to get an idea?

It is confusing. They also do the refunds funny for full tickets - whoever paid the balance gets £183 on their card and then if a different person paid the deposit they get £35 back.

It was up to 4 tickets last year because I bought 4.

I think they were asking the numbers of actual tickets in the resale? Not how many you could buy in a transaction.

Found my CD Swap CDs from last year, and sat listening to them now, which is a bad choice. Failed in October, failed in April (Despite using a dozen computers), and now fingers crossed.

I also don't think it's going to be today, it's just been too quiet. Doesn't feel right...
